– Party General Secretary To Lam attended a ceremony in Hanoi on February 3 evening to honour outstanding grassroots Party cell secretaries and present the 10th National Press Awards on Party building, known as the Golden Sickle and Hammer Awards.

– State President Luong Cuong hosted a reception for Speaker of the Jordanian House of Representatives Mazen Turki El Qadi in Hanoi on February 3, stating that the visit will sustain fresh momentum for bilateral ties to develop more strongly and substantively.

– State President Luong Cuong on February 3 received Czech Ambassador to Vietnam Hynek Kmonicek, who paid a farewell call upon the completion of his tenure in the country.

The 96 honourees are exemplary Party cell secretaries selected and recommended by Party committees at all levels.
