The province has established an election committee at the provincial level comprising 37 members and 129 commune-level committees with a total of 2,128 members. The synchronised application of information technology and digital transformation, in terms of software, equipment and personnel, was also emphasised.

In addition, he called for firm guarantees of political security and social order, proactive monitoring of local developments and enhanced public communication and voter mobilisation.

The same day, the delegation conducted on-site inspections at polling stations in Nam Hoa Lu and Hoa Lu wards./.
