Hanoi (VNA) - Sun PhuQuoc Airways – an airline aiming to become Vietnam’s first resort aviation model, invested and developed by Sun Group – officially announces its logo.

Sun PhuQuoc Airways was born as a perfect piece in Sun Group’s strategic vision to build a premium ecosystem of tourism, entertainment, real estate, and aviation. With a pioneering ambition, Sun PhuQuoc Airways is not just an airline, but a symbol of connection – bringing the world to Phu Quoc and taking Phu Quoc to the world.

Taking Phu Quoc as its central hub, the airline develops a “hub-and-spoke” flight network, directly connecting the Pearl Island with major cities domestically and internationally. Going beyond transportation, Sun PhuQuoc Airways aims to become a “resort in the sky” – where each flight is the opening of a holiday, offering internationally-standard amenities, seamless experiences from sky to ground, and emotional imprints rich in Vietnamese identity.

After receiving its air transport business license, the airline continues an important step on its takeoff journey by officially announcing its brand logo – a visual mark that not only defines the airline’s visual style but also serves as a brand manifesto, clearly expressing the vision – mission – and core values that Sun PhuQuoc Airways pursues: connecting emotions, Vietnamese identity, and international experiences in a completely new model called “resort aviation.”

The Sun emblem

SPA’s emblem is the crystallisation of its brand philosophy and mission of global connection as the pioneering resort airline in Vietnam. At the center of the logo is the Sun – a symbol consistently present throughout Sun Group’s ecosystem. It also represents the philosophy of putting passengers at the heart of every sustainable development direction and service innovation of the airline.

Surrounding the Sun are 9 stylised, soft petals rotating clockwise, symbolising positive energy and a journey of continuous forward movement.

These 9 petals represent 9 service qualities: telling the story of a perfect journey starting with the foundation of Safety and Integrity, nurtured by a heart of Dedication, Empathy, and Refinement, leading passengers to experiences of Exclusivity, Creativity, Connection, and ultimately Elevation of emotions.

Each petal is also a connection, a delicate touchpoint on the flight journey with Sun PhuQuoc Airways:

9 connections: Destinations; Culture; Travelers; Experience; Emotions; Community; Future; Ecosystem; Vietnamese Aspirations

9 touchpoints: Touching emotions; Touching essence; Touching identity; Touching the heart; Touching aspirations; Touching relaxation; Touching uniqueness; Touching class; Touching the destination.

The primary color of the Sun PhuQuoc Airways logo is Golden Yellow, clear like sunlight – representing warmth and positive energy – also the light that starts every journey. It is combined with Flame Scarlet (a vibrant and luxurious red tone) in the airline name “Sun PhuQuoc Airways” to create a striking image in the sky. When applied to the aircraft fuselage, this emblem will shift into a modern metallic golden-orange, radiating like sunlight – expressing the pioneering spirit and distinctive visual style of the airline. Notably, the connecting stroke of the letter Q in “PhuQuoc” is shaped like an island rising from the sea, evoking Vietnam’s Pearl Island.

From this logo, the flight journey with Sun PhuQuoc Airways has been shaped as a refined and identity-rich experience, with soothing, pleasant emotions that everyone deserves to touch.

Taking off from identity – reaching new heights through experience

According to Sun PhuQuoc Airways representatives, the brand logo is not only a visual beginning, but also a statement for the airline’s long-term branding strategy: taking off from identity – reaching new heights through experience.

Taking off from identity – because from the name, logo to service philosophy, Sun PhuQuoc Airways places Vietnamese culture and the local spirit of Pearl Island at the center. Reaching new heights through experience – because the “resort airline” model that SPA follows is not merely transportation, but a journey of experience designed seamlessly from sky to ground. Every moment on the flight is a subtle imprint, crafted with heartfelt care and service from the heart.

According to its roadmap, after announcing the brand identity logo, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will proceed with crucial next steps, aiming to open ticket sales in October this year and to operate its first commercial flight as soon as possible./.
