President Tran Dai Quang on March 26 cabled a message of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over a fire at a shopping mall in Kemerovo city that left scores of people dead and injured.

Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang on March 26cabled a message of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over a fireat a shopping mall in Kemerovo city that left scores of people dead and injureda day earlier.

As of March 26, nearly 64 were confirmed dead, 15 of them havebeen identified.

The mall was opened in 2013 and has shops, a parking lot for250 cars, and a children's centre among other facilities, the Tass reported.-VNA
