The Ministry of Construction said the security situation in the Middle East remains complicated, significantly affecting international aviation operations, particularly flights to, from or passing through conflict areas or restricted airspace.

The ministry has requested airlines to closely monitor updates from relevant authorities, including the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and aviation regulators of related countries to assess flight operations.

Airlines have also been urged to strengthen operational safety management, proactively adjust flight plans and select alternative routes to ensure the absolute safety of aircraft, crews and passengers, while keeping passengers informed of any schedule changes caused by security or safety concerns./.
