Reference exchange rate continues to drop on June 11

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 24,982 VND on June 11, down 3 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange at 24,982 VND on June 11, down 3 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,231 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,733 VND/USD.

At 8:20 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw a decrease.

Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,830 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,190 VND/USD, down 30 VND from the June 10 morning session./.
