The opening hour rates at some commercial banks saw a strong decrease.
At 8:25 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,830 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,040 VND/USD, both down by 50 VND from February 8.
BIDV cut both rates by 30 VND, listing the rates at 22,880 VND/USD (buying) and 23,080 VND/USD (selling).
At Vietinbank, both rates were adjusted down by 48 VND, offering 22,810 VND/USD (buying) and 23,057 VND/USD (selling)./.
