Reference exchange rate revised further up
The State Bank revised the daily reference exchange rate up by another 6 VND on February 6 to 22,450 VND/USD.

With the current trade band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,123 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,779 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercial banks saw little change from the previous day.
Vietcombank and BIDV maintained the same rates as on February 5, at 22,675 VND/USD (buying) and 22,745 VND/USD (selling).
Meanwhile, both rates listed by Vietinbank were down by 2 VND, to 22,673 VND/USD (buying) and 22,743 VND/USD (selling).
