Reference exchange rate up 4 VND

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied by commercial banks for the day is 23,428 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,066 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw mixed fluctuations.
Vietcombank posted 23,300 – 23,390 VND per USD for its buying and selling rates, up 15 VND from November 26.
At BIDV, the buying and selling rates were 23,290 – 23,380 VND per USD, up 10 VND.
Meanwhile, Techcombank cut the buying rate by 285 VND to 22,980 VND per USD and raised the selling rate by 15 to 23,390 VND per USD compared to the previous day.–VNA
