Reference exchange rate up 8 VND on March 15
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 23,186 VND/USD on March 15, up 8 VND from the previous day.

The opening-hour rates at commercial banks also went up.
At 8:30 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,720 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,030 VND/USD, both up 10 VND from March 14.
BIDV raised both rates by 10 VND to 22,755 VND/USD (buying) and 23,035 VND/USD (selling)./.
