



Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez arrived in Hanoi on the evening of April 8, beginning his official visit to Vietnam, taking place from April 8 to 10 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
From late March to early April, the vibrant yellow blossoms of copperpod trees, also known as yellow-flamboyant, or yellow-flame, come into full bloom across Son Tra peninsula in Tho Quang ward, Da Nang city, standing out strikingly against the lush green of the forested mountains. This area is also home to a rich array of wildlife, including the endangered brown-shanked douc langur - dubbed the "Queen of Primates"- as well as squirrels and nectar-feeding birds.
Located at the gateway to the Northwestern region, Yen Bai is home to 30 ethnic groups, each with its own unique cultural characteristics. Khai Dinh Tomb, also known as Ung mausoleum, is the resting place of Khai Dinh, the 12th King of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802–1945). According to historical records, the site, which is located on the slopes of Chau Chu Mountain in Thuy Bang Ward, Hue City, was chosen by Khai Dinh with construction beginning in 1920. After the King passed away in 1925, he was laid to rest there, though the tomb was not fully completed until 1931. Now the site is a tourist attraction for those visiting the former capital of Vietnam.

An incense offering ceremony was held at Kinh Thien Palace on Nghia Linh Mountain within the Hung Kings Temple Relic Site in the northern midland province of Phu Tho on April 7 – the 10th day of the third lunar month - to commemorate the death anniversary of the nation’s legendary founders, the Hung Kings. State President Luong Cuong attended the ceremony.

The tourism sector of Hue city is oriented to become a spearhead economic sector, with a sustainable development and in tandem with the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values. Kapok flowers bloom in late Spring, usually in March, the moment the winter is about to pass, giving way to the first sunshine of Summer. Situated in Hoa Lam commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi, Trach Xa village is renowned for its tailor-made traditional long dress or ao dai. What makes Trach Xa ao dai unique is the meticulous craftsmanship and distinctive tailoring techniques. In 2004, Trach Xa was recognized as a traditional ao dai craft village by former Ha Tay province. Last year, the Trach Xa tailoring craft with a history spanning over 1,000 years was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Comrade Khamtay Siphandone, former President of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and former President of Laos Khamtay Siphandone, is a leader with a high patriotic spirit. He is one of the first leaders of the Lao revolution, working alongside other leaders to fight for the liberation of Laos from foreign imperialist rule and to protect and build the nation. He is one of the key leaders in fostering the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam.
Dong Xoai, the capital city of Binh Phuoc province, was officially recognized as a city in 2018, becoming one of the youngest cities in the Southeastern region. Over 50 years since its liberation (December 26, 1974 – 2025), and especially after seven years with the city status, Dong Xoai has transformed from a war-torn land into a dynamic, modern, and civilized urban center. The city’s economic structure has shifted in the right direction, maintaining a high annual economic growth rate of around 15%, rapidly increasing budget revenues, and achieving an annual per capita income of some 4.850 USD.
More than 30 years after establishing diplomatic ties (July 14, 1992 – July 14, 2025), the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Armenia has continued to grow through both bilateral and multilateral cooperation, bringing tangible benefits to the people of both countries.
Quang Nam's tourism industry has strongly rebounded and entered a new growth phase, affirming its role as a key economic sector of the province.
