The website valorsoja.com reported that Vietnam is currently Argentina’s biggest importer of the by-product, making up 12.5 percent of the total export volume, followed by Indonesia (8.8 percent), Malaysia (4 percent) and Thailand (3.3 percent).
Argentina ranks first in the world in exporting soybean residue as feed for animals. Last year, it exported 15.034 million tonnes worldwide, including 1.747 million tonnes to Vietnam.
