In the men’s doubles, Phuong and Roi Ginat of Israel lost to the duo Arthur Cazaux and Allan Deschamps of France 5-7, 1-6 in the first round.
By entering the third round of the event, an International Tennis Federation (ITF) Grade 1 tennis tournament, Phuong will earn 30 points more.
