VN, RoK promote vote for world natural wonders

A website to promote online votes for Ha Long Bay of Vietnam and Jeju Island of the Republic of Korea (RoK) to become one of 7 new World Natural Wonders will be launched on May 12 in Hanoi, announced the RoK Cultural Centre in Vietnam on May 11.

Thewebsite, http://www.jeju-halong.com was designed and built by theVietnam Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in cooperation with theRoK Cultural Centre in Vietnam .

It is expectedto provide information on Jeju Island and Ha Long Bay in threelanguages ­ – Korean, Vietnamese and English – aiming to helppeople in the two countries to easily participate in voting.

The RoK Cultural Centre in Vietnam hopes the website will encouragemore than 10 million Korean and Vietnamese voters in online voting forthe two popular locations./.
