VN, Uzbekistan boost cooperation in aquaculture

signed a cooperative agreement to develop aquaculture with the

visit from April 11.

Under the agreement, Syrdarya province in Uzbekistan will give an undisclosed area of water to investors and specialists from Bac Ninh province to develop an aquaculture industry.
Syrdarya will also bear all the working and living costs for the Vietnamese investors and their workers.
Bac Ninh province will be responsible for selecting and sending experienced businesses and specialists to Syrdarya province.
After visiting two aquaculture areas in Gia Binh and Thuan Thanh districts, the Vice President of the Uzbekistan-Vietnam Friendship Association found the models of aquaculture used in Bac Ninh extremely effective.-VNA
