HCM City to sell all State-owned houses
The Ho Chi Minh City municipal People's Committee said it has
completed the sale of State-owned houses in the city to meet the urgent
demands of families and beneficiaries of social policies.

completed the sale of State-owned houses in the city to meet the urgent
demands of families and beneficiaries of social policies.
Statistics from the city showed that it had sold 93,600 State-owned houses till date, accounting for 98 percent of the total.
In 2010, the city sold 92,500 similar houses with a total area of 5.1 million square metres for 5.86 trillion VND, or 279 million USD. The money has been reinvested in housing projects.
The city has 102,000 State-owned houses./.
