Hue folk singing to become unique cultural tourism product
A draft project on promoting value and making Hue folk singing a unique cultural tourism product has been approved by the People’s Committee of the central province of Thua Thien-Hue.
The primary goal of the initiative is to transform Hue royal court music into a typical and attractive tourism product that can satisfy the entertainment demand of visitors to the province.
Hue folk singing was named part of the country’s national intangible cultural heritage in 2015 by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism./.
