Laos sees surge in community COVID-19 infections
The Health Ministry of Laos said on September 11 that the country logged 204 cases of COVID-19, including 120 community infections, in the past 24 hours, raising the total caseload to 17,140, with 16 deaths.

In another development, Laos has set up a labour market information centre to support labourers made jobless by the pandemic to seek employment.
The centre will collect information to help policy makers devise support policies for the unemployed./.
