He made the affirmation while receiving the out-going Russian Ambassador to Vietnam , Vadim Serafimov, in Hanoi on July 20.
The Vietnamese party chief also reiterated that this policy serves the long-term interests of the two countries’ people, as well as peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world at large.
He expressed his appreciation to the Russian Ambassador for what he has done for ties between the two countries during his term in Vietnam./.
