Prime Minister departs for 18th BRICS Summit in India

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung left Hanoi on September 12 for India to attend the 18th BRICS Summit as a partner country and hold bilateral engagements there from September 12–13, at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
