Reference exchange rate kept unchanged on October 15

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,114 VND/USD on October 15, unchanged from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,114 VND/USD on October 15, unchanged from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,370 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,858 VND/USD.

At 8:27 am, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw a slight fluctuation.

Vietcombank kept both rates unchanged from the October 14 morning session, listing the buying rate at 26,149 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 26,369 VND/USD.

Meanwhile, BIDV raised the buying rate by 19 VND to 26,169 VND/USD, and maintained the selling rate at 26,369 VND/USD./.

Retail petrol prices rise in November 13 adjustment
