Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,100 VND/USD on November 6, up 3 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,355 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,845 VND/USD.
At 8:30, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks also went up.
Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 26,135 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 26,355 VND/USD, both increasing 4 VND from November 5 morning.
Meanwhile, BIDV raised the respective rates by 20 VND and 4 VND to 26,135 VND/USD (buying) and 26,355 VND/USD (selling)./.

The daily reference exchange rate is set at 25,097 VND/USD on November 5, up 2 VND from the previous day.
