Reference exchange rate remains unchanged at week’s beginning

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,093 VND/USD on November 3, unchanged from the last working day of the previous week.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,093 VND/USD on November 3, unchanged from the last working day of the previous week.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,348 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,838 VND/USD.

At 8:30, the opening-hour rates at major commercial banks saw decreases.

Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 26,107 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 26,347 VND/USD, down 30 VND and unchanged from the October 31 morning session, respectively./.
