Speaking at a ceremony in Moscow on September 7, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Do Quy Doan thanked the professor and the university for training generations of Vietnamese students, many of whom are holding important positions in Vietnam.
Zassoursky expressed his honour to contribute to Vietnam’s education development, which helps strengthen the traditional friendship between the two nations.
Also at the ceremony, the Vietnam Diplomatic Academy granted its Honour Doctor Degree to the professor.-VNA
