Top Vietnamese leader receives official welcome in Canberra

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam was given an official welcome by Governor-General of Australia Sam Mostyn at a ceremony held at Government House in Canberra on August 11, marking the start of his State visit to Australia from August 9-12.
