Quang Tri (VNA) – Police officers in central Quang Tri province received 100 specialised bikes on February 2.

Bike patrol is expected to improve police health, reduce costs, and create a friendly atmosphere among the security force, locals and tourists.

The local branch of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) sponsored the vehicles.

BIDV has thus far provided almost 2,500 police bikes for 20 provinces and cities across the country.-VNA
