Under the agreement, signed inHanoi on April 5, the GSK will provide nearly 1.33 billion VND for theVRC to carry out mobile humanitarian medical check-ups and treatmentactivities in a programme titled “Life without pain” within a year fromMarch 31, 2012.
Speaking at the signing ceremony,GSK General Director for Indochina Le Quang Hao said he is pleased withthe friendly and effective cooperation between the GSK and the VRC.
He expressed hope that the cooperation will continue to be maintainedand developed in the future, even after the agreement terminates.
President of the VRC Central Committee Tran Ngoc Tang said he wishesto receive continued comprehensive cooperation from the GSK and pledgedto use the aid effectively for the health of the community.-VNA
