Over 90 taxation procedures made available on national public service portal

(Photo: baochinhphu.vn)Hanoi (VNA) – The General Department of Taxation said on May 7 that it has completed the work to offer 93 taxation procedures on the national public service portal.
The procedures include tax declaration, tax payment, automobile registration fee payment, and applications for extension of tax and land lease payment, among others.
The general department will continue to make more public services in the field available on the portal, with the goal of offering 100 percent of its public services online.
It will also push forward with the online payment of fees, tax, fines and other financial obligations during the handling of administrative procedures and public services on the portal.
As of May 6, taxation agencies nationwide had received 85,190 applications for extending deadline for paying tax and land lease involving more than 25.8 trillion VND (1.1 billion USD), which were filed in person, by post or online.
The offering of tax procedures on the national public service portal is in line with Directive 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on urgent measures for COVID-19 prevention and control and Decision 683/QD-BTC of the Minister of Finance on the list of online public services provided by the Finance Ministry on the portal in 2020./.
