VinFast reports 55% jump in January vehicle deliveries

Across all segments, VinFast’s smart EV lineup continues to drive market growth and support Vietnam’s transport green transition.

Hanoi (VNA) – VinFast delivered 16,172 electric vehicles nationwide in January 2026, marking a 55% increase compared with the same period last year.

The result extends the company’s run as the top player in Vietnam’s auto market to a 16th consecutive month.

Newly launched models, Minio Green and EC Van, made notable contributions, with 1,237 and 865 units delivered, respectively, broadening choices for personal and business mobility in the cost-effective, eco-friendly segment.

Key models continued to see strong demand amid stable supply. The 7-seat MPV Limo Green led monthly sales with 3,868 units, followed by the VF 3, VF 5, VF 6 and VF 7, while the VF 8 and VF 9 also added substantially to overall performance.

Across all segments, VinFast’s smart EV lineup continues to drive market growth and support Vietnam’s transport green transition.

Vietnam Airlines to launch direct Hanoi–Amsterdam service on June 16

Under the plan, the Hanoi–Amsterdam route will commence operations on June 16, 2026, with an expected frequency of three return flights per week using modern wide-body Airbus A350 aircraft. This will be the first direct air link between Vietnam and the Netherlands, helping to shorten travel time and enhance connectivity between Vietnam and one of Europe’s key economic, logistics and aviation transit hubs.

The MoIT was instructed to direct key petrol producers and traders to proactively develop supply plans to guarantee adequate fuel provision for distribution systems, maintain regular sale operations, and sell products at listed prices. It must also closely monitor developments in global and domestic petrol markets and adopt appropriate management measures when necessary.
