Hanoi (VNA) – After two days of serious, responsible and effective working under the motto “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Exemplarity – Breakthrough – Development,” the first Congress of the Party Organisation of Central Party Agencies for the 2025–2030 term successfully wrapped up in Hanoi on September 24.

The congress completed all agenda items, including the adoption of a resolution outlining major goals and tasks for the new term.

At the closing session, Phan Thang An, Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, announced the Politburo’s decision to assign 39 official delegates and five alternate delegates from the Party Organisation of Central Party Agencies to attend the 14th National Party Congress.

On behalf of the Presidium, Politburo member, Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat and Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies Tran Cam Tu delivered closing remarks. He stressed that the congress had upheld democracy, concentrated wisdom, and engaged in frank, comprehensive analysis of reports submitted to the congress as well as draft documents for the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the official, delegates showed a high level of unity and determination to realise the set goals, building a clean, strong and exemplary Party Committee commensurate with its role as the political nucleus of agencies tasked with strategic advisory functions for the Party. With consensus and aspiration for progress, the congress unanimously approved the Resolution of the first Congress of the Party Organisation of Central Party Agencies for the 2025–2030 term.

Tu emphasised that the success of the congress carried great political significance, reaffirming the Party’s leadership role in a new stage of development and laying the groundwork for achieving set objectives.

The congress highly commended the solidarity and efforts of officials, Party members and employees of Party central agencies during the past tenure in implementing resolutions and fulfilling political tasks.

Looking ahead, Tu underlined that the Party Organisation faces heavy responsibilities. He called on all Party committees, Party organisations, official and Party members to further strengthen unity, overcome difficulties and challenges, and continue innovating both thinking and action. He urged them to improve the quality of all aspects of work, particularly strategic advisory functions, in order to successfully accomplish the congress’s objectives and contribute to the success of the upcoming 14th National Party Congress and the country’s development in the new era.

During its two days of working, the congress heard 14 presentations from subordinate Party organisations of the Party Organisation of Party Central Agencies. The reports showed strong consensus on the contents of submitted documents, reflecting confidence in the leadership of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies and, more broadly, absolute trust in the leadership of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat headed by General Secretary To Lam.

The presentations also pointed out existing limitations in the work of agencies under the Party Organisation, while making important recommendations for inclusion in the documents of both the 14th National Party Congress and the Congress of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies./.
