NGOs present wheelchairs to disabled people

The Free Wheelchair Mission (FWM) and the Giving it Back to Kid (GIBTK) handed over the gifts at a ceremony on August 12 in the northern port city of Hai Phong .
On behalf of the beneficiaries in Hai Phong and the provinces of Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, Hoang Xuan Son, Deputy Director of the Hai Phong External Affairs Department expressed thanks to the non-governmental organisations, saying that the gifts are very helpful to disabled people in overcoming difficulties in their life.
Last month, FWM and GIBTK also presented wheelchairs to people living with disabilities in the northern mountainous province of Son La.-VNA
