Ninh Binh rushes holiday gifts to vulnerable residents ahead of key events

Ninh Binh province has been allocated more than 137.5 billion VND (5.28 million USD) to offer gifts to the needy ahead of the 14th National Party Congress and the Lunar New Year 2026.

Ninh Binh (VNA) – Localities in the northern province of Ninh Binh acted quickly on December 30-31 to disburse gifts to beneficiaries ahead of the 14th National Party Congress and the Lunar New Year 2026, in line with the Government’s Resolution 418/NQ-CP dated December 28.

As of December 30, Binh Luc commune completed deliveries to 2,004 beneficiaries, while the remaining 1,435 were scheduled to receive gifts on December 31.

The province has been allocated more than 137.5 billion VND (5.28 million USD) to offer gifts to qualified individuals under the resolution.

The policy carries profound political and humanitarian significance, reflecting gratitude and demonstrating the Party and State’s ongoing support for revolutionary contributors, social protection recipients, pensioners, and other vulnerable groups./.
