Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,428 VND/USD on November 29, unchanged from the day ago.

With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,094 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,757 VND per USD.

Major commercial banks kept their rates quite stable.
 
Vietcombank and BIDV listed its buying rate at 22,680 VND and its selling rate at 22,750 VND, per USD, unchanged from the rates of the morning of November 28.

Meanwhile, Vietinbank offered 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD, down by 5 VND from the day ago.-VNA
