Hanoi (VNA) – The Hanoi Centre for Disease Control (CDC Hanoi) has put in place a detailed disease prevention plan to protect people's health and safety during the Autumn Fair 2025, which will take place from October 25 to November 4 at the National Exposition Centre in outlying Dong Anh commune.
The plan includes intensified monitoring of environmental sanitation, disease prevention, and water quality at the fairgrounds and surrounding areas to ensure safety for visitors and participants.
A round-the-clock emergency and disease control team has been mobilised to promptly respond to any urgent situations, including accidents, food poisoning, fires, or large-scale health incidents. CDC Hanoi is working closely with Dong Anh commune's health station to track the epidemiological situation, detect and control potential outbreaks, and maintain hygiene standards.
Health workers are also guiding the centre's staff on disinfection measures, pest control, and surface cleaning. A disease prevention team will be on duty throughout the event.
Autumn Fair 2025 is a major national trade promotion event designed to connect producers and consumers, boost domestic trade, and expand exports. It also showcases Vietnam’s cultural identity and high-quality products, helping enhance the country’s image and position internationally./.
