Hanoi (VNA) – A special art programme themed “I Love My Fatherland” wrapped up the national achievement exhibition on September 15.
The event brought together Vietnam’s most popular artists, including People’s Artist Thanh Hoa, Meritorious Artists Dang Duong and Viet Hoan, as well as singers Trong Tan, Thu Minh, Ho Ngoc Ha, Tung Duong, Hoang Thuy Linh, Bao Anh, Truc Nhan, and rap duo Double2T. Violist Anh Tu, the rock band Buc Tuong, the Trong Dong ensemble, the Thanh Am Xanh Orchestra, and the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra also took part in the programme.
Divided into three chapters with dozens of meticulously staged performances, the programme created a vibrant and emotionally rich atmosphere. The blend of tradition and modernity, powerful voices, and the solemn resonance of the symphony orchestra gave the show its distinctive hallmark.
The programme carried profound humane, political, and social significance, fostering patriotism, national pride, and solidarity. Through stirring performances, it celebrated Vietnam’s glorious history and highlighted the beauty of its land and people.
Beyond the stage, “I Love My Fatherland” conveyed a message about the responsibility of every citizen, especially the younger generation, to preserve and promote cultural values while joining hands to build a prosperous and civilised nation. It also served as an opportunity for artists and performers to showcase their talent and creativity, contributing their artistic voices to the community and the country.
According to organisers, after 19 days, the exhibition, which took place at the Vietnam Exposition Centre in Hanoi's Dong Anh commune, drew more than 10 million visitors./.
