Hanoi (VNA) – Governor-General of Australia Sam Mostyn and her spouse will pay a state visit to Vietnam from September 9-12.
The visit will be made at the invitation of State President Luong Cuong and his wife, according to Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs./.
The event offered in-depth insights into export, logistics, branding, cybersecurity and the application of artificial intelligence (AI), while also raising Vietnam’s profile within Western Australia’s business community and opening up prospects for stronger cooperation.
The hosts affirmed that Vietnam - Australia relations are at their strongest stage since the upgrade to the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, marked by high political and strategic trust.
Tung noted that Vietnamese agricultural products are gaining stronger footholds in the Australian market, contributing to a more balanced trade relationship.
