Hanoi (VNA) — Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 4 sent a message of congratulations to Christian Stocker on his election as Chancellor of Austria.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended his congratulations to Beate Meinl-Reisinger on her appointment as Austria’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs./.
