The meeting between the delegation of Vietnamese lawmakers and officials of the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (Source: VNA) Hanoi (VNA) – A delegationof the National Assembly’s Committee on Laws led by the committee’s vicechairman Pham Tri Thuc has just paid a working visit to the Netherlands.
During the visit that lastedfrom May 13-14, the lawmakers held working sessions with officials and expertsof the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, the South Hollandprovince and the Association of Netherlands Municipalities.
The meetings focused on experiencesharing regarding the operation of the State administrative apparatus and localadministrations.
The two sides also discussedissues relating to the building and enforcing laws and policies on thegovernment, local administration, public servants and public affairs. The discussionsare expected to help Vietnam in improving some of its laws.
The delegation also visited theVietnamese embassy in the Netherlands to talk about the agenda ofVietnam-Netherlands cooperation in the time ahead.-VNA
