Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,146 VND/USD on November 25, up 2 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,403 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,889 VND/USD.
At 8:15, the opening-hour buying and selling rates at major commercial banks saw increases.
Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 26,183 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,403 VND/USD, both up 2 VND from the November 24 morning session.
BIDV posted the same rates, with the buying rate rising 40 VND and the selling rate edging up 2 VND./.
