Reference exchange rate sees slight increase on November 21

The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,136 VND/USD on November 21, up 6 VND from the previous day.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,136 VND/USD on November 21, up 6 VND from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,393 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,879 VND/USD.

At 8:22, the opening-hour buying and selling rates at major commercial banks saw increases.

Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 26,172 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,392 VND/USD, both up 6 VND from the November 20 morning session./.
