Reference exchange rate kept unchanged on November 19

The daily reference exchange rate on November 19 is kept unchanged compared to the previous day, at 25,132 VND/USD.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,132 VND/USD on November 19, unchanged from the previous day.

With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,389 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,875 VND/USD.

At 8:25 am, the opening-hour buying and selling rates at Vietcombank stayed stable, at 26,168 – 26,388 VND/USD, respectively.

BIDV reduced the buying rate by 4 VND to 26,164 VND/USD while maintaining the selling rate at 26,388 VND/USD./.
