Vietnamese leaders congratulate Philippines on Independence Day

State President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent congratulatory messages to Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., while National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man congratulated Speaker of the House of Representatives Martin Romualdez and Senate President Francis Escudero.

Hanoi (VNA) - Vietnamese leaders extended congratulations to leaders of the Philippines on June 12 on the occasion of the country’s 127th anniversary of Independence Day (June 12, 1898 - 2025).

State President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent congratulatory messages to Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., while National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man congratulated Speaker of the House of Representatives Martin Romualdez and Senate President Francis Escudero.

Marking this milestone, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also sent a message of congratulations to Secretary of Foreign Affairs Enrique A. Manalo./.
