Da Lat even closer this Autumn as Vietjet resumes 5 routes from August

Ho Chi Minh City (VNA) – Vietjet will resume services to Da Lat from August following the expected reopening of Lien Khuong Airport in Da Lat, Lam Dong province, on August 19, 2026.

According to the plan, the airline will restore 5 routes connecting Da Lat with Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Vinh and Da Nang, offering people and travellers more convenient travel options to the “City of Flowers.”

Vietjet will operate 28 return flights per week on the Hanoi – Da Lat route; seven return flights weekly on each of the Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat – Vinh routes; four return flights weekly between Hai Phong and Da Lat; and three return flights per week between Da Nang and Da Lat.

The resumption of flights to and from Da Lat will make it easier for people and travellers to visit Da Lat, a renowned destination known for its mild climate, vast pine forests, crystal-clear lakes, romantic valleys, and majestic waterfalls.

Vietnamese steelmakers find growth momentum despite export challenges

Vietnam's crude steel output is forecast to reach 27 million tonnes in 2026, up 10% year-on-year. Agro-forestry-fishery exports rise 6% in first half of 2026

Of the six-month total, agricultural products generated 18.59 billion USD, up 0.2% year-on-year; aquatic products 5.7 billion USD, up 11.4%; forestry products 9.2 billion USD, up 4.6%; livestock products 375.8 million USD, up 34.6%; and salt 7.7 million USD, up 39.8%.

Vietnam moves to tackle double challenge in FDI attraction in next phase
