During a working session with the provincial Party Committee on January 13, Lam lauded the locality's remarkable achievements in socio-economic development, ranking among the top nationwide, alongside its strides in maintaining political security, social safety, building a robust and transparent Party and political system, and improving citizens' lives. - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Arto Olavi Satonen, Minister for Employment from the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, in Hanoi on January 13, believing that his visit would further bolster the traditional friendship and all-around cooperation between the two countries, especially in labour and employment.

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 13 called on Russia, specifically its State Atomic Energy Corporation (Rosatom), to collaborate and support Vietnam not only in developing nuclear power but also in advancing nuclear science and technology for peaceful purposes.
