- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a reception in Hanoi on March 26 evening for newly-appointed Austrian Ambassador to Vietnam Philipp Agathonos.

PM Chinh congratulated Agathonos on assuming his new task in Vietnam, and expressed his belief that with many years of experience working in diplomacy, the Ambassador will actively contribute to consolidating and strengthening the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Austria. - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has praised law enforcement forces for dismantling a large-scale synthetic drug production facility in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa, operated by a foreign drug syndicate using advanced technology.

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called for a nationwide push towards digital literacy, declaring it an urgent and strategic necessity as Vietnam enters a new era - the era of the nation's rise.

Vietnamese army ready to join earthquake relief efforts in Myanmar

The Vietnam People's Army (VPA) has developed a Myanmar disaster relief deployment plan involving 79 military personnel, including command staff, communications teams, search-and-rescue forces, military dog handlers, and medical staff. Colonel Pham Hai Chau, deputy director of the VPA General Staff’s Search and Rescue Department, will lead the mission.
