- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a reception in Hanoi on March 26 evening for newly-appointed Austrian Ambassador to Vietnam Philipp Agathonos.

PM Chinh congratulated Agathonos on assuming his new task in Vietnam, and expressed his belief that with many years of experience working in diplomacy, the Ambassador will actively contribute to consolidating and strengthening the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Austria. - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has praised law enforcement forces for dismantling a large-scale synthetic drug production facility in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa, operated by a foreign drug syndicate using advanced technology.

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called for a nationwide push towards digital literacy, declaring it an urgent and strategic necessity as Vietnam enters a new era - the era of the nation's rise.

Speaking at the launch of the “Digital Literacy Movement” and the introduction of the “Digital Literacy Platform” in Hanoi on March 26, PM Chinh emphasised that mastering digital skills is as crucial today as eradicating illiteracy was 80 years ago when the country first gained independence.
