– Party General Secretary To Lam congratulated outgoing Singaporean Ambassador to Vietnam Jaya Ratnam on his successful tenure during a reception in Hanoi on October 3, crediting his important role in the upgrade of bilateral ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership during the host’s historic visit to Singapore in March.

The Vietnamese Party and State always consider Singapore a close friend, a trusted companion, and a key economic partner, he said, wishing to unceasingly deepen the newly upgraded partnership to deliver real gains to their peoples. Read full story

– Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called on the Japan - Vietnam Friendship Association in the Kansai region to further boost cooperation in science, technology, and quality workforce training through strengthening connectivity between the region's universities, research institutes, and training centres with Vietnamese counterparts.

– Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade to build on the success of the first Autumn Fair to develop a professional, modern and effective model for annual autumn fair, while quickly submitting a proposal for organising the inaugural Spring Fair in 2026.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Autumn Fair 2025 in Hanoi on November 3, the PM said the fair is a vivid demonstration of Vietnam’s dynamism, innovation and integration in the new era. – A strategic cooperation signing ceremony between agencies, organisations and enterprises in the fields of culture, sports and tourism was held on November 3 at the Autumn Fair 2025 in Hanoi.

At the ceremony, 18 agreements between government agencies, organisations and businesses were signed. The deals cover three key areas, namely developing and promoting digital cultural, sports and tourism content; protecting authors’ rights and related rights; and advancing the film industry. – Vietnam's World Biosphere Reserves have truly become a rendezvous for integration, cooperation, and the exchange of information and experiences among countries and international organisations in the field of conservation and sustainable development, as well as an ideal destination for domestic and international tourists, heard a conference in the central province of Khanh Hoa on November 3.

At the conference, held by the National Committee for Man and the Biosphere Programme and Khanh Hoa province, delegates reviewed the network of World Biosphere Reserves of Vietnam in 2025, and outlined the activities of the network for the 2026-2035 period, in line with the Hangzhou (China) Strategic Action Plan, which was recently approved by UNESCO at the 5th World Conference on Biosphere Reserves.
