Hanoi (VNA) - State President Luong Cuong on April 28 sent a message of condolences to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian following a tragic explosion at Shahid Rajaee Port in Hormozgan province on April 26.

The incident has claimed at least 40 lives and injured more than 900 others./.
