Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam Post is showcasing its modern postal, logistics, and retail services at the First Autumn Fair 2025, held at the Vietnam Exposition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi.
The experience “A Day as a Postman” is a highlight at Vietnam Post’s booth, featuring virtual reality (VR) technology. Visitors can wear VR headsets to step into the role of a delivery worker on an eco-friendly electric motorbike and explore the behind-the-scenes efforts of postal work.
Meanwhile, the “Drive a Vietnam post truck” VR game lets visitors simulate nationwide deliveries, highlighting the dedication and hard work of Vietnam Post employees.
Visitors can also explore Vietnam Post’s automated vending system, part of its nationwide push for digitalisation and multi-service retail.
The 2025 Autumn Fair offers Vietnam Post an opportunity to engage with customers and business partners, expanding cooperation in e-commerce, logistics, supply chains, and retail distribution. Visitors to Vietnam Post’s booth could take part in QR-code surveys, receive souvenirs, and enjoy other attractive experience vouchers.
At the fair, Vietnam Post showcased itself as a modern, innovative, and customer-focused national postal service enterprise.
Hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), the event is a national trade promotion initiative designed to promote Vietnamese brands, connect businesses, and stimulate domestic consumption demand.
Under the theme “Connecting People, Creating Prosperity”, the fair brings together hundreds of domestic enterprises, corporations, cooperatives, and reputable brands, showcasing thousands of consumer goods, industrial products, OCOP items, and modern trade services./.
