- National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and his spouse’s upcoming attendance at the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU-150) and official visits to Uzbekistan and Armenia from April 2-8 carry profound bilateral and multilateral significance, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang told the press.

- The Lao People’s Army wants to gain Vietnam's experience in United Nations peacekeeping activities as well as working in an international environment in a bid to build its own force to join UN peacekeeping operations.

Lieutenant General Vanthong Bouttavong, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Lao People's Army, made the statement during a working session with the Ministry of Defence’s Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations in Hanoi on March 31.

Hosting the Lao delegation, Major General Pham Manh Thang, Director of the Vietnam Department of Peacekeeping Operations, affirmed that Vietnam is willing to share its experiences with Laos in UN peacekeeping operations, which is in line with the policy of the Vietnamese Party, State, Government, and the Vietnam People’s Army. - Vietnam's electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has officially partnered with DHL, a logistics and transportation company headquartered in Germany, to optimise its spare parts network through complete logistics management solutions.

Under an agreement announced on March 31, DHL will store spare parts for all VinFast vehicle models in Europe at its Holtum facility in Born, the Netherlands, and manage all processes, including import procedures, packaging, distribution, and delivery. - The northern mountainous province of Lao Cai and China’s Yunnan province broke ground on a road bridge across the Red River in the Bat Xat (Lao Cai province, Vietnam) - Ba Sai (Yunnan province, China) border area on March 31.

Ship 016–Quang Trung of Brigade 162 under Naval Region 4 departed Sydney Harbour on the morning of March 25 for home after successfully completing activities within the framework of the Exercise Kakadu Fleet Review 2026 marking the 125th anniversary of the Royal Australian Navy and the multilateral naval exercise Kakadu 2026.
