Hanoi (VNA) - Thirty outstanding exhibitors were honoured at the closing ceremony of the first Autumn Fair 2025 held on November 3 at the Vietnam Exposition Centre in Hanoi’s outlying Dong Anh commune.
The awardees were selected from nearly 2,500 domestic and international businesses and organisations that have left outstanding marks in terms of design, trade promotion activities, brand promotion and professionalism in organising exhibition spaces and connections during the ten-day event.
According to the organising committee, the recognition aims to encourage enterprises to continue fostering creativity, investing in product design and display quality, and improving content and presentation. It also seeks to highlight outstanding contributions and promote the value and visibility of Vietnamese brands.
The honourees included exhibition booths from provincial and municipal People’s Committees of Hanoi, Son La, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Thanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue, Tuyen Quang, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Ha Tinh, Thai Nguyen, Gia Lai, Lam Dong and Quang Tri. Also recognised were pavilions from the Department of Performing Arts, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, the Copyright Office of Vietnam, and the Publishing, Printing and Distribution Authority under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Other notable display spaces were arranged by the agriculture and environment sector of Vietnam, Shandong province (China), and corporate booths of Amazon Global Selling Vietnam, Vinamilk, WinCommerce, the Stavian Group, the Vietnam National Chemical Group and the Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group.
Spanning 130,000 square metres with 3,000 booths, the first Autumn Fair 2025 was the largest trade event of its kind ever held in Vietnam. It drew an average of 100,000 visitors per day — the highest attendance among domestic trade promotion events — underscoring the strong appeal of Vietnamese products and growing consumer confidence in locally-made goods.
Business activities were vibrant, with average sales reaching 300 million VND (USD 11,400) per booth and total direct revenue nearing 1 trillion VND (40 million USD). Overall transaction value, including contracts and memoranda of understanding, approached 5 trillion VND, with local exhibitors accounting for about 500 billion VND.
According to the organising committee, the fair not only showcased Vietnamese products but also served as a genuine trading platform linking businesses, expanding supply chains and fostering export opportunities. It marked a strategic shift in trade promotion towards a more comprehensive model integrating commerce, investment, innovation and digital transformation./.
